Processing Time
All Woo Tang Wares pieces are handcrafted with care. Made-to-order items require 1–2 weeks of processing time before shipment. Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship domestically and internationally via USPS, UPS, and DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Domestic (US) delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs.
International Shipping
We ship to over 28 countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Woo Tang Wares is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
